Miami Community Newspapers

Nominating per WP:LINKFARM and WP:NOTDIRECTORY. As it stands this is not an article or even a list article. It is just a set of links to a series of local newspapers. I also don't see any indication of notability for the papers mentioned. Even if this could be changed into a proper article IMO it is a Wikipedia:Blow it up and start over situation. It is possible that a couple of the papers could meet the criteria for having their own article but, again, it would be better to start from scratch.
