Merge/Redirect to Mount Vernon, New York. If in the incredibly unlikely case we keep this article on the city council of a small community smooshed right against the northside of the Bronx, it should be renamed to Mount Vernon, New York City Council since Mount Vernon itself is not an article on the "city" in New York State.John Pack Lambert (talk) 15:04, 8 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
