Delete Non-notable building lacking the requisite significant coverage in independent reliable sources. As of 2010, the status was still proposed. If it ever gets built and sources write about the building, then is the time to create an article. Philg88 ^♦talk 06:28, 16 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
