Comment While passing NPOL provides presumed notability, failing NPOL does not prove the opposite, ie a lack of notability. A rationale for deletion needs to be provided. Regards, --Goldsztajn (talk) 23:38, 11 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Elliott is an elected local politician with average media coverage.

I'm not commenting on whether this person is notable. I'm emphasising that grounds for deletion are absent in the nomination and in the contribution from Atchom; asserting that the subject fails NPOL is not grounds for deletion as it does not establish a general lack of notability, it only indicates a lack of presumed notability in the context of NPOL's specific criteria.
