Placing third in a Ghanaian parliamentary election isn't enough to meet WP:NPOL, nor is the "technical advisor" role. The sourcing doesn't appear to be sufficient to pass the GNG, either: most of it appears to be trivial, routine, and/or unreliable. At twenty-seven years old, he's probably a case of WP:TOOSOON.
