WP:BEFORE failed to turn up anything not in the article. We have local sources, an interview (not independent), an article by a mental health service he used (not independent). In the category of possibly contributing to notability, we have an appearance in a documentary (not the main/only focus of it, it looks like), and possibly a LadBible article that Hale is the focus of. Overall, WP:GNG is not met. Was approved by a sock at AFC - not sure if their behaviour at AFC was ever in question, but I wouldn't expect a normal AFC reviewer to accept this.
