I am nominating this for featured list removal because it's not up to scratch with current standards. To whit:

Starts with "This is a list...", we don't do that any more.

Per WP:ACCESS, you shouldn't just be using colour alone to denote something, accessible symbols should be used as well, e.g. {{dagger}}.

Shouldn't "Østfold" sort as "Ostfold"?

All the issues above have been seen to, and a number of other issues have been fixed. Per right now refs for parliamentary leaders and minister posts are lacking (these are easy to find, but I need to get around to doing it), otherwise it should all be covered. Perhaps a second pair of eyes could take a look at the article and see if there are any other issues? Also, according to consensus in relation to the naming of Parliament of Norway, the article should be moved to "List of members of the Parliament of Norway 2005–2009". Comments – Found quite a few issues that I'd like to see addressed while this is here.

In the first paragraph, there are two list-like sentences. One has a "the" before the last item (Centre Party), and none before Liberal Party in the other. I'm fine with either way, but it would be better if they were consistent.

List of representatives: Maybe it's just me, but the first two words of the heading seem redundant, and I think Representatives would be a more effective heading.
