Keep Not quite redundant. It serves a purpose in the article beyond merely being an alternative poster. It is also about the "Disney-like" product. They're two different versions of the same film. Well clearly, the image has to be used. I suspect the uploader is frustrated by the constant stream of templates from User:Stefan2 and User:Sfan00 IMG. At Wikipedia:Non-free_content_review#File:Original_St._Helens_Theatre_Royal_.28Matcham_Design.29.jpg he's taken to task for not putting an image on Commons, when in fact its pre-1923 status is far from certain and unlikely to escape the attention of User:Stefan4. I would say it's quite plain he's being harassed and while of course the image has to be used, he is nevertheless a good faith editor who could use benevolent eyes from admin here. Keep. The core subject of the article is a film about the bill, not the bill itself, and this image is a still from the film. Nonfree stills are appropriate for film articles when there's no other method of identification; note the nonfree still in A Streetcar Named Marge, for example. The primary issue at hand for the deletion of this file seems to be its non-free status. Here I will make it quite clear that the image in question is a collage, cobbled together from several individual files which already fall under free status, and two which do not.
