The result of the discussion was keep. signed, Rosguill talk 19:07, 5 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I had decided to boldly redirect this redirect to Supersonic speed thinking that it was primary topic however Sergecross73 had reverted my edit saying that I “Might want to start a discussion on this.” Pizzaplayer219TalkContribs 17:55, 28 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

  • Keep - Yes, I reverted the change after an IP notified me of issues the change in target had caused in an article. I checked the page history to see that it had historically redirected to the character, not the concept. Something I'm leaning towards retaining. While "supersonic" should (and does) definitely redirect to supersonic speed, the redirect in question - Super Sonic (capitalized and with a space) - may be more likely to refer to the character. I think its more likely to be a correct spelling of the character than 2 typo'd version of the concept. Sergecross73 msg me 18:03, 28 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep This term with a space and capital "Sonic" is primarily used to refer to Sonic's transformation. — Ceso femmuin mbolgaig mbung, mellohi! (投稿) 18:44, 2 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was moot due to article creation. signed, Rosguill talk 19:07, 5 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Delete to encourage article creation, as he may well be notable enough for separate article. Dominion (card game) isn't his only notable game, as he also designed Kingdom Builder, so redirect to one game makes little sense Joseph2302 (talk) 17:23, 28 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not too concerned about where it points. There once was an article, which has been moved to User:Jclemens/Donald X. Vaccarino. BOZ (talk) 15:37, 29 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was disambiguate. N.b. this could have been done as a bold edit, rather than bringing to RfD signed, Rosguill talk 18:59, 5 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I suggest a dabification of this ambiguous term that could refer to quite a few different things. People searching up Classico could either want to know info about this, or the album, or the particular brand of pasta sauce owned by Kraft Heinz known as Classico. The result of the discussion was restored article and sent to AfD. (non-admin closure) CycloneYoris talk! 22:09, 5 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I was at first going to retarget this to WTXF-TV, which is her current station, but this realistically just seems like a costly redirect, which is evidenced by how long it has pointed to a page that is the station she has not been at for what it seems 6 years and that only has a passing mention of her on the page. Not mentioned at target, and mentioned in passing in at least 2 other TMNT articles. –LaundryPizza03 (d) 16:06, 28 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

If it should even exist as a redirect (and it's so obscure that it really doesn't need to at all), it should point to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Adventures, the only version of TMNT to include the location. But, as I said, being a relatively minor location from only one incarnation of the franchise that has zero article links pointing to it, it doesn't even need to exist. So delete. oknazevad (talk) 00:17, 29 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was delete. Jay 💬 17:43, 5 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

These are redirects a bit odd. While Cymru is the Welsh name for Wales, it seems improbable to search in the Cymru / Wales format as opposed to just Cymru or Wales. It doesn't seem like the format of Redirect in Country's Main Language / Name of Country in English are extant for many other places that I can see, so it doesn't seem to be a widely used convention. The redirects themselves are both pretty infrequently used with 15 and 6 pageviews this year for Cymru / Wales and Cymru / wales respectively. TartarTorte 15:16, 28 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was retarget to Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Accessibility#nobreaks. (non-admin closure) CycloneYoris talk! 23:41, 4 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I don't feel that this redirect's target is appropriate; the target page mentions nothing against the use of line breaks. Instead I propose that the redirect be retargeted to Wikipedia:Line breaks usage#Do not use single line breaks, which covers reasons against line breaks. XtraJovial (talkcontribs) 01:35, 21 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

That's an essay though. Are you sure the intended purpose of NOBR is to say "don't use line breaks"? Perhaps the purpose is to link to "how to use line breaks"... in which case the current link target is appropriate? CapnZapp (talk) 13:13, 21 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

This was originally a dab that was later converted to a soft redirect to wiktionary; however, the redirect is essentially retargeting to a Japanese word that has two English meanings neither of which seem to be used particularly commonly in English. TartarTorte 01:29, 28 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
