The WikihardGuy account was previously blocked as a sockpuppet of KibangaWiki. I noticed that Bbb23 blocked IamJayBex a few days ago as a sock of Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Ugochukwu75—looks like IamJayBex is in fact Unrelated to the most recent blocked account from that group (Malaysian Burger).
There seems to be an unusual amount of UPE-related socking happening on the ranges that this master is using—in particular, Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Izaaqnewton and Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Marek.kapicak share some ranges with KibangaWiki socks. But it doesn't seem like there are enough behavioral similarities to recommend a merge at this time.
Alexey Vasjanovich appears to be Unrelated, but the results are possibly Inconclusive. I agree with the suspicion regarding that account, but not sure we have enough to block at this time.
I have Blocked and tagged IamJayBex and Dontkillmyvyb as sockpuppets of KibangaWiki. This should be sufficient for now. Closing. Mz7 (talk) 07:00, 10 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Has recreated Abhyudoy Das which pushes this into WP:DUCK territory given the history around this person. Furthermore, this new user was created just after the previous blocks were put in and has an obsession with visual edit, newcomer tasks to boost edit count - see [1] and [2] for previous socks that did this. I just noticed Sentebe1 (talk⁺ · tag · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · spi block · block log · CA · CheckUser(log) · investigate · cuwiki), who created yet another copy of the Omar Al Sayed Omar article at Omar Al Sayed. CheckUser requested and endorsed by clerk to check for others; there's also Sentebe2, Sentebe3, and Sentebe4, which were all created recently, although they have no edits. The history of TNR Mohit is interesting. A page was created by a Kibanga sock on 21 June, and deleted by User:Explicit as G5 on 26 June. Another copy of TNR Mohit was created by this account in a sandbox on 21 June. On 28 June, the sandbox was moved to the article. The sandbox was a backup copy. This account popped up on 11 July, after other accounts have been blocked, and created Omar AlSayed Omar again, in article space, which was previously created by KibangaWiki socks. The two accounts' copies of the article are quite similar, and Musenene farahat also recreated Joshua Baraka, another article from this sockfarm. There are additional similarities in that both this account and past socks create seemingly non-promotional articles about Ugandan politics mixed with obvious spam. I've Blocked and tagged Musenene farahat for what is at a minimum, UPE meatpuppetry but most likely actual socking. This account predates the current master, but given the ambiguity of the technical data, I'm not going to move the case at this point. Closing.
