Comparing diff by old IP to diff by latest IP, seems very much like it to me.

Update: one week later, while there may be no more edits from the 109.36.129.158 address, I would like to inform that the 109.36.128.0/19 range as noted above still has disruptive edits that appear to be coming from Legende Legende Legende, to this day: diff 1, diff 2, diff 3, diff 4.
Here's another piece of evidence: On Chief Executive of Hong Kong, compare recent edit by 109.36.136.89 to last edit by 109.36.152.54. That last IP address was blocked 1 week as a result of a previous SPI report here. Both of these addresses are in the range 109.36.128.0/19. A rangeblock has already been placed on another range that was used by LLL, 109.37.128.0/18 for one year by User:Ad Orientem, so I reckon we should give 109.36.128.0/19 the same treatment as well. — AP 499D25 (talk) 02:18, 25 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
