One Star
[edit]The article currently says "The one-star rank was later established permanently in 1986." This appears to disagree with the article on Commodore, which says this rank was re-established in the US Navy in 1982, only to be removed once again in 1983. I suspect the latter article is correct, but somebody who knows more should make the change, either here or in the other article. Mcswell (talk) 17:29, 19 November 2020 (UTC)
- Perhaps you're confusing the one-star rank of Admiral (lower half) with the one-star rank of Commodore (United States), and/or Commodore admiral? - wolf 19:02, 19 November 2020 (UTC)
