Since this page has no references and little content, it might be considered for deletion. There is however such a thing as a Black Rock Limestone Subgroup (named from Black Rocks quarry, a locality north of the Avon gorge) which forms a part of the Pembroke Limestone Group, itself a division of the Carboniferous Limestone. A page on the former might usefully contain a section on the Black Rock Lst. Subg - see http://www.bgs.ac.uk/Lexicon/lexicon.cfm?pub=BRL cheers Geopersona (talk) 19:14, 9 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, it's a local Mendips name, a bit like the Great Scar Limestone in Yorkshire. Probably just redirect it for now to the Carb Limestone page and change that if and when the other pages are created. Mikenorton (talk) 22:00, 9 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I decided to just go ahead and create a stub for the Pembroke Limestone Group, so I'll redirect to there. Mikenorton (talk) 11:14, 10 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
