Calling all students past and present to add as much as they can to make this look like a reputal article. Thanks. Henry Farmery. RuSTy1989 20:55, 8 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Most of the IPs in Chiswick Community School have been blocked from editing Wikipedia due to vandalism, so students need to use their home computers, if they want to edit. Tigernose (talk) 14:16, 7 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Past Students

[edit]

Please note PAST students... Hugh Gilroy and Micheal Petkov are still at the school. Can anyone think of anything else? RuSTy1989

Not only are they "present" They neither have there own page and were on a reality TV program. Thanks to whoever added the information about Billy Hussey and Nana. RuSTy1989

Assessed as start (just) with low importance. Any other alumni apart from Phil? Victuallers 19:34, 3 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Note to TerriersFan or whoever it was who removed my edit of Fola Onibuije being an alumni of this school and wanted a source, I'm sorry that I can't physically provide one but given I attended this school and Fola was in the year above me I think it largely qualifies me to put his name here accurately. The same goes for Nana Ofori of Chelsea. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 217.158.3.61 (talkcontribs)

I am afraid it doesn't. See WP:V and WP:RS. Personal experience/knowledge is never a basis for including information - we don't know who you are and in any case we insert information based on external sources. In the case of Nana Ofori, he doesn't even have his own article, a prerequisite for any notable alumnus status. TerriersFan 16:48, 20 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- Fair enough, I can understand that. The reason however there is no Nana Ofori article is because the wiki moderators deleted the article because it failed to meet wikipedia standards. Despite my attempts to address that by making the article accurate. Check the records if they exist.—Preceding unsigned comment added by 172.212.27.204 (talkcontribs)
I too remember this, and I know that there were several other footballers from Chiswick, but I forget their names, not really into football all that much myself. cncplyr 22:45, 8 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Would be great if you could cncplyr. This page is looking good btw. Perhaps abit more historical information could be added. They must be due an ofsted soon enough so that will give more info on student number etc. :) RuSTy1989 (talk) 00:38, 27 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Name Change

[edit]

The school's name is being changed to Chiswick School next month and it is getting Academy status. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Cheesy395 (talkcontribs) 17:56, 29 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
