Wikipedia is not keen on people editting their own article and not including external references. This is an encyclopedia and not a blog. Could you/someone remove the external links and use references to third party sources please. The article on her/you? exists because I admire the work that you do/she does. There are articles that look like this on Wikipedia and they don't provide a nuetral view. I'm pausing before deleting. Our readers do not value them. Please work with us. For instance... We really need a photo of UN rapporteurs to inspire readers. Could you ask someone to explain about how you can use open licensed photos of you/her, your work and your colleagues to increase the impact of your important work. See Women in Red.
