Its not "Malleshwaram".Its "Malleshwara" named after the Lord Kadu Malleshwara.

Spelling Change

The fact that the area derives its name from Lord Kadu Malleshwara is absolutely right, but it is spelt officially as Malleswaram in English and Kannada.

Official spelling
