  • Article is new, long enough and neutral. It cites sources inline. "Earwig's Copyvio Detector" reports very few text similarity, commenting "violation unlikely". The hook is well-formatted and interesting. Its length is within limit. I assume that its fact is accurate with cited sources, which are offline and in Russian. QPQ was done. Good to go by AGF.
