Should this article exist? There are currently no reflex design (ie. mirror based) cameras with a fixed lens. Or at least, if there are, they are very uncommon and hence an example should be given. Also, a google search shows up no examples of anyone referring to any camera as "Zoom-lens reflex". If there is anyone, again, an example should be given.

I agree. According to the article, this type of camera does not exist. Unless it's been theorised or discussed by someone important in such fields, what's the point of this article? boffy_b 23:45, 6 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
From what I understand, Zoom-lens reflex cameras usually refer to digital cameras with zoom lenses and a electronic viewfinder. While it's not technically accurate, it is in common use, similar to how, in firearms, "bullet" is often substituted for "cartridge". Perhaps we should add to what it commonly refers? It's hardly the first time a somewhat popular term is a misnomer.Attakmint 21:25, 8 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
