All of that can fit in the main Isabel article. I did some research, and I don't know of any significant damage in South Carolina. All info I've seen says effects were minimal in South Carolina and further south. There's no need, IMO. Hurricanehink (talk) 02:07, 18 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
