Mind Programming
[edit]Mind programming is a form of mind control used by introducing a subject to electromagnetic radiation, ultra-low frequency sound or other stimuli.[1]
History
[edit]Many projects have apparently been created to learn how the human body functions or control the mind of a person. One of the projects was called Project MKUltra and the surviving information was declassified in 2001. A set of products were even marketed in 1994 that claimed to put a person's mind in the optimal state for learning.[2]
