Qoo10 is a Southeast Asian e-commerce platform founded in 2010, under the parent company Qoo10 Private Limited. Headquartered in Singapore, it operates localized online marketplaces across 5 countries – Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, China, and Hong Kong – as well as one international online marketplace. It optimizes its platform and services for small and medium enterprise merchants.[1][2]

Qoo10 was established in 2010 under Giosis Private Limited, a joint venture between Gmarket founder Ku Young Bae and eBay. In 2018, eBay acquired Giosis Private Limited and its Japan business, including the Qoo10.jp platform, while giving up control over Giosis' non-Japanese businesses. These businesses were moved under a new parent company, Qoo10 Private Limited.
