Apology on Talk:Starship Troopers
[edit]Hi 165.234.101.99. If I'm talking to the person who posted an "apology" on talk:Starship Troopers -- if matters are as you say, you have nothing to apologize for. But if you want to avoid being associated with others who might use this IP address, why don't you consider creating an account? Then you can log in, even from this IP address, and your contributions will be associated with your account, not with the address. See Wikipedia:Why create an account? and Help:Logging in. --Trovatore (talk) 19:21, 26 April 2023 (UTC)
Request to be unblocked
[edit]Before I go about stating that I should be unblocked, I may as well state that this IP address belongs to a school. Moving past that fact, while I can understand blocking it. I have done my best to undo the mistakes previously used with this account, and while they may be seen as argumentative, I have tried to improve some article. Granted that was before this account vandalized ‘Jim Crow’. Now once again I do understand why you would keep an account like this banned, but still I would appreciate it if this account were unblocked, that is all, and thank you. 165.234.101.99 (talk) 13:09, 17 May 2023 (UTC)
This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
