Request reason:
Hello, I was told from the other account that I created, synthmylife by a User to unlock my account here. They also blocked my synthmylife account. My intention was to create my solo artist page with references from newspaper articles over the years which meet the guidelines for wikipedia musicians. I am 1 individual and 2lineproductions is my independent label. I never intended to use this account for anything with the business. I only wanted to create a page for myself, which is me, Julian Bachlow. I have done a lot of notable things over the years and I believe that I have the written capabilities in creating and editing a page for myself. I created a page in 2.5 hours a couple nights ago and it was deleted. I spent a lot of time on that. I wish to have an account or a tleast become a reputable musician with a wiki page, it has been a dream of mine. I would also love to edit other articles eventually, if I have to edit other articals in order to create my own page then I can do that but please, I have what it takes. Thank you.

Request reason:
I will commit to not writing an article about myself and I want to become part of the wikipedia community, I have interests in a lot of subjects and I believe I have the capabilities in showing that I can write, reference and do research.
Decline reason:
So, two things... one is that your username is not in compliance with Wikipedia's username policy and would need to be changed before you'd be considered for being unblocked. Two is that your edits clearly showed an intent to use Wikipedia for advertising. If you were unblocked, what would you edit? Where would you go? What would you add or do on Wikipedia? I don't see any details in your unblock requests that talk about this at all... I think right now, until the two concerns I have are addressed, you won't be unblocked. Not until you address them. Request reason:
I did not understand how wikipedia works at first so I made another account, SynthMylife, because I thought since 2lineproductions was blocked, I thought it was because it was an old account and I didn't understand fully. My intention was not to advertise my company/organization though I did intend on writing an article about myself. Now that I know that you cannot do that, I will commit to not writing about myself. I would love to edit other musical artist/band pages, I would edit movie articles, notable screenwriters, actors, places in Canada - Communities, heritage landmarks, I would also love to edit history theatre backgrounds. I would love to find unknown to wikipedia and reputable people that are worth being noted in Wikipedia. I would love to find different things in life that people should pay attention to. If it would be possible to delete this 2lineproductions account, and unblock the SynthMyLife account, I will solely use that account and you could delete this account. Thank you and I hope wikipedia understands, though I feel that I am in a right place to continue and be a part of the community.

Non-admin comment Hold on here, a couple (read: a lot) of things to address: Firstly, User:SynthMyLife doesn't exist, and neither does other variations of that account. Secondly, if you did create another account, and are editing from it, than you're evading your current block, which is against policy, and will tank your chances of being unblocked. Thirdly, what are you doing here? I'm having difficulty understanding your intentions on Wikipedia. Fourthly, an account cannot be deleted, because of technical and legal limitations, and fifthly, if you are editing under multiple accounts not permitted by policy, then it's considered socking, which can get you banned from Wikipedia. I highly suggest you stop, sit back, and think about what it is that you are trying to accomplish here, and maybe lay off Wikipedia for a week or two. - I shall say some things relating to your unblock request, but before I do a couple of other points. I wasted a lot of time searching for accounts called "SynthMylife", "SynthMyLife", "Synth My life", etc etc before I found that you had removed an earlier declined unblock request from this page which gave the title as "synthmylife". Two points there: (1) It is helpful to make sure you get titles of accounts, pages, etc exactly right. (2) Please don't remove declined unblock requests while the block is still in force. Leaving them in place makes it easier for any administrator who comes here to review a new unblock request to find the relevant history, and on this occasion it would also have saved me wasting my time searching for the wrong account names. I am restoring the declined unblock request which you removed.
- Your latest unblock request indicates that you intend to edit on other subjects rather than about yourself, which seems fine, and on that basis I would be willing to consider unblocking you. However, I am puzzled by a few things, which need to be cleared up before that can be considered. At 06:38, 29 March 2018, on the page User talk:Synthmylife you said, referring to the user name "2lineproductions", that you did not remember using it, and that "it has been years since". However, this account was created on 28 March 2018 at 05:37, and had edited from 06:26 to 06:33 on the 28 March 2018. Can you explain that? Is there some other account you edited from years ago, and got the name wrong, just as you got the name "Synthmylife" wrong? If there was another account that you had forgotten using, how did you come to mention it now? Has that other account now been blocked? In an earlier unblock request you said "if I have to edit other articals in order to create my own page then I can do that". Is that why you now say that you will edit on other subjects, to use it as a stepping stone to editing about yourself, or have you given up the idea of writing about yourself on Wikipedia? - I have read the email you sent to me. It might be a good idea for you to post what you said here, so that other people can see it, particularly other administrators who may review your unblock request. However, it seems to me that there are two main points in your email. (1) You have clearly stated that you do not intend to create an article about yourself. (2) The second point was not quite so clear to me, but if I understood it correctly you are saying that you don't remember ever using an account before you created the account "Synthmylife", but if you did it is likely to have been about ten years ago. You may like to say whether I have understood that correctly, but if so I don't think we need worry about a possible forgotten account from that long ago.
- @Yunshui and Boing! said Zebedee: Do you think that on the basis of the assurance we have been given that 2lineproductions will not write about himself or herself that we can unblock? The username issue would be settled by unblocking "Synthmylife" and leaving this account blocked, which is virtually what has been requested in the latest unblock request. I sent an e-mail to James stating that I will not write an article about myself for I believe I am not worthy or notable to be written about anyway as a human being as well. Also, what James states in the statement above is to be correct.
- Usually I wait to give the blocking administrator a chance to express an opinion. This time, however, (1) Yunshui, who blocked this account, has been away from Wikipedia for a while, so there might be a long wait, (2) Boing! said Zebedee, who blocked your other account, has agreed to an unblock of that account, and (3) both the reasons given for the block of this account are dealt with by what you have said about not editing about yourself together with using your other account rather than this one.
