This IP address is blocked again, for '3 months this time, due to continued disruption. (The first block was for continued unsourced changes to music genre. The second block is for continuing to do so essentially - the IP started adding sources to their changes, but none of the sources actually supported the genre added. The fact that it happened repeatedly, in situations where there's no logical reason why the mistake would be made, shows that it was intentional.)
