[edit] Hello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions, such as the edit you made to Democratic Party of Serbia, did not appear constructive and has been reverted. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make test edits, please use the sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. Thank you. Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Better Serbia. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted.
- If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor, please discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page, and seek consensus with them. Alternatively, you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant notice boards.
- If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, please seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continual disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. Thank you. Vif12vf/Tiberius (talk) 00:43, 1 January 2019 (UTC)
- If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.
Please stop your disruptive editing.

If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at Justice and Reconciliation Party, you may be blocked from editing. Vif12vf/Tiberius (talk) 00:44, 1 January 2019 (UTC)

You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at Party of Democratic Action of Sandžak. Vif12vf/Tiberius (talk) 00:44, 1 January 2019 (UTC)

This is your only warning; if you vandalize Wikipedia again, as you did at Dinaric Alps, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Vif12vf/Tiberius (talk) 00:45, 1 January 2019 (UTC)

- @Spencer: I checked all the edits from this IP and did not find any vandalism. What's this all about? Why is this IP blocked? Vanjagenije (talk) 00:15, 3 January 2019 (UTC)
- It's not really for vandalism but persistent unsourced and disruptive editing. Anyway might want to ask the person who took the final decision in case you think it was wrong. Vif12vf/Tiberius (talk) 00:45, 3 January 2019 (UTC)
- @Vanjagenije:, thanks for the message. Upon closer review of the user's contributions, I have unblocked accordingly. Before blocking earlier, I spot checked some contributions, ending with [1] which I had assumed was a slur/ethnic-based vandalism, but taking a closer look that is the English name for the song. Another one I had noted was [2], which along similar lines looked questionable. I will take care to have a broader review of contributions of AIV reports in the future. Some of this IP's edits are unsourced, questionable and disruptive, but I think my block was hastily applied and have reverted as such. Best, SpencerT•C 05:44, 3 January 2019 (UTC)
- @Vif12vf: Please, do not make such false reports in the future. That is kind of WP:Harassment. You left a bunch of vandalism warnings here, and reported this IP to the WP:AIV, although there was not a single vandalism from this IP. If you disagree with this editor, you have other wp:Dispute resolution options. Be sure to read WP:NOTVANDALISM. Vanjagenije (talk) 18:35, 3 January 2019 (UTC)

Constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, but your recent edits appear to be intentional disruptions designed to illustrate a point. Edits designed for the deliberate purpose of drawing opposition, including making edits you do not agree with or enforcing a rule in a generally unpopular way, are highly disruptive and can lead to a block or ban. If you feel that a policy is problematic, the policy's talk page is the proper place to raise your concerns. If you simply disagree with someone's actions in an article, discuss it on the article talk page or, if direct discussion fails, through dispute resolution. If consensus strongly disagrees with you even after you have made proper efforts, then respect the consensus, rather than trying to sway it with disruptive tactics. Thank you. This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
