Request reason:

I apologise for the reason by the account was blocked. My intentions were neither to advertise nor promote, it was to ensure that accurate and updated information was available on our wikipedia page. I believe that wikipedia is a place where many people visit for information and I wanted to ensure that the correct information was being represented for our Institute. I understand and respect the rules of wikipedia and hope you can unblock my account so that I can help in contributing to other pages. Being a filmmaker and educator I understand the importance of free access to information that wikipedia provides

Decline reason:

Edits such as this and this aren't appropriate for an encyclopedia; they are more appropriate for a sales brochure. As such, it would be inappropriate to unblock you. After you've read and understood WP:COI, WP:PAID, and WP:PROMO, you are welcome to request another block review.
