There have been two problems with this account: the account has been used for advertising or promotion, which is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia, and your username indicates that the account represents a business or other organisation or group or a web site, which is also against policy, as an account must be for just one person. I was not aware that my old username violates the policy and what I did was not intentional. I will abide by the policy in the future in good faith.

That would be acceptable as a new username, but you do not tell what topics you intend to edit about, as you won't be unblocked to continue to edit about AUB or its staff.
