Request reason:

I did not intend to advertise for CTY: my account name contained CTY not because i work for it but because i created this first wikipedia account specifically to edit the page on the programme, since i'm a participant and so know about it and felt i could make a contribution. at the time i was blocked, i was re-writing the page to contain more citations, for the programmes to be organised by the education level and not by the time in the year they take place, and making the page more clear and less cluttered.
