This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of DC NOISE, and it appears to include material copied directly from http://www.dcnoise.eu/Home/About+DC+NOISE.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. The article will be reviewed to determine if there are any copyright issues.

If substantial content is duplicated and it is not public domain or available under a compatible license, it will be deleted. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material. You may use such publications as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details. (If you own the copyright to the previously published content and wish to donate it, see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for the procedure.) If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on DC NOISE requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a clear copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.

If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hang on}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion, or "db", tag; if no such tag exists, then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hang-on tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. You had placed a request to allow DC NOISE to remain on Wikipedia based on their decision to allow free distribution. On 18 November 2010, I accessed the DC Noise disclaimer page and found this text:
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to, copyrights, trademark rights and database rights related to the information, text, images, logos, photographs and illustrations on this website and regarding the lay-out and design thereof are the property of DC NOISE and/or have been licensed to DC NOISE by the owner(s) of those rights. The information on this website is only meant for personal, non commercial use. The reproduction and publishing (of parts of) the content of this website for non personal and/or commercial use, in whatever form, or in whatever way, is prohibited without the prior written consent of DC NOISE.
That seems like a pretty clear intent to retain copyright to the text posted on the page, and thus makes the current Wikipedia page a copyright violation. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 15:28, 18 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I was going to say pretty much the same thing. I would also point out that your username violates the Wikipedia:Username policy. See Wikipedia:Username policy#Company/group names. Enter CBW, waits for audience applause, not a sausage. 15:33, 18 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

It does seems so indeed. Please let me work on that, we have placed that disclaimer there ourselves. I will try to get a written consent as soon as possible. Where to sent it to? What is wrong to the name exactly?

Very nice, gone already, very cooperative. Never mind, I'll start again.
Of course the article is gone. Copyright violations can't be allowed to stay. Please don't repost. You should either get the licence changed to one that is compatible with Wikipedia, see Wikipedia:Text of the GNU Free Documentation License, Wikipedia:Text of Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported License and Terms of Use. Or a message can be sent to Wikipedia:Volunteer response team giving permission. The username is the same as the company and Wikipedia:Username policy#Company/group names says "Unambiguous use of a name or URL of a company, group or product as a username is not permitted." Enter CBW, waits for audience applause, not a sausage. 15:45, 18 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Your account has been blocked indefinitely from editing Wikipedia because it appears to be mainly intended or used for publicity and/or promotional purposes. Please read the following carefully.

Why can't I edit Wikipedia?

Your account's edits and/or username indicate that it is being used on behalf of a company, group, celebrity or other well-known individual, or organization for purposes of promotion and/or publicity. The edits may have violated one or more of our rules on spamming, which include: adding inappropriate external links, posting advertisements, and using Wikipedia for promotion. Wikipedia has many articles on companies, groups, and organizations, but it is considered inappropriate for such groups to use Wikipedia to write about themselves. In addition, usernames like yours are disallowed under our username policy.

Am I allowed to make these edits if I change my username?

Probably not. See WP:FAQ/Organization for a helpful list of frequently asked questions by people in your position. Also, review the conflict of interest guidance to see the kinds of limitations you would have to obey if you did want to continue editing about your company, group, or organization. If this does not fit in with your goals, then you will not be allowed to edit again. Consider using one of the many websites that allow this instead.

What can I do now?

You are still welcome to write about something other than your company or organization. If you do intend to make useful contributions on some other topic, you must convince a Wikipedia administrator that you mean it. To that end, please do the following:

  • Add the text {{unblock-spamun|Your proposed new username|Your reason here}} on your user talk page.
  • Replace the text "Your proposed new username" with a new username you are willing to use. See Special:Listusers to search for available usernames. Your new username will need to meet our username policy.
  • Replace the text "Your reason here" with your reason to be unblocked. In this reason, you must:
  • Convince us that you understand the reason for your block and that you will not repeat the edits for which you were blocked.
  • Describe in general terms the contributions that you intend to make if you are unblocked.
If you believe this block was made in error, please see how to appeal a block.
