I fully understand now that my user name did not comply with wikipedia guidelines, I now know that an account is purely for an individual. I have now read and am fully aware of all the guidelines, and will not make the mistake again

I apologise for this, I have now corrected the original issue of the company name by using my own name. There was a further issue around using my name as it originates from the same IP as the company. I would appreciate your co-operation with unblocking this please. Frankly, if you "believe [you] have given a unbiased and factual account of the organisation", then it is unlikely you will be able to edit Wikipedia in a satisfactory way. The text you posted read exactly as though it had been written by a marketing or PR person for the company. It is obvious that I'm new to Wikipedia JamesBWatson, I haven't set out to deliberately abuse policies. This topic is clearly one that you are an authority in and passionate about, I get that. However, I'm not purposely spamming and I think it's unreasonable to ask people to grovel for making a MISTAKE, after all most of us are just mere mortals! I will take your feedback on board and re-edit the content, but instead of berating people you could change your tactics and try being a tad helpful. We constantly get people here whose sole purpose is advertisement or SEO, as Wikipedia's got a single-digit Alexa rank (read: is amongst the 10 most popular websites in the world) and search engines toplist it. Our Terms of Use also require users who are editing as part of their employment to disclose that they are being paid for it, and we regularly enforce that. —Jeremy v^_^v ^Bori! 20:32, 19 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I think that what they're asking for is some sort of show that you understand why the material was seen as promotional. Now if you're someone who works for the company's PR/marketing department then it can be very, very difficult to notice promotional language because you write PR on a daily basis - to the point where PR writing is as normal as breathing air. An example of what came across as promotional would be something like the partners section where you listed the partners and included little blurbs like " API integration with Shopify enables its 160,000 merchants to download 3EX.NET software from within the App Store. The certification connects Shopify web store with 3EX.NET to control stock and automate sales order processing." There's really not a huge reason to list the various partners or give a detailed description, partly because notability is WP:NOTINHERITED by the partners' notability and also because these lists can often become quite exhaustive since some companies have dozens of partners.
