Speedy deletion of Draft:Aftercare Rehab Program

The page Draft:Aftercare Rehab Program has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seemed to be unambiguous advertising which only promoted a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to have been fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Fixed the link, we don't need the whole URL. That article is not an advertisement for drug rehab programs, but an encyclopedic discussion of what they are and their history, written in a neutral point of view. I realize that, you linked to the Drug rehabilitation article in this discussion above. You put [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Drug_rehabilitation] when you only need to put [[Drug rehabilitation]].
