Request reason:

Encore band's page was not meant to be viewed as a page for promotion of a business or an organization but to viewed as a page guiding users through the band's history and musical background as well as bringing many new users into Wikipedia as this website holds all of our mankind histories to teach the next generations. I would like to be unblocked so I can farther contribute my assets to Wikipedia and learn from mistakes. this was my first project on Wikipedia so I decided to make a page about a local group in my town(Winnipeg) called "Encore" if you could please inform me of why the ban happened and what changes I could do to meet the Wikipedia policy criteria it would be amazing! My Email is Rafaelovdaniel@gmaill.com please let me know what you decide and hope you reconsider. I never intended for this to happen. by being un-banned I will start to contribute more to the community in the right way possible when I asked to publish the page I thought that it would be reviewed and errors like this one would have been known to me.
