Request reason:

My current username Fuelprogram represents a business, organization, group, or web site, which is against the username policy. I did not take the time to educate myself about the username policy before creating the username. I was unaware that I was not supposed to represent an organization with my username. With my proposed new username I do not intend to represent a business, organization, website or group. If I am unblocked, I would like to add to the information on the page for Schooner Shenandoah. I can add a lot of information about the history, design, and use of the ship. I do not intend to promote the organization FUEL with which I am associated on the Schooner Shenandoah page.

Thank you for your prompt reply. Can I make recommendations for the page that someone else can submit? If so, how do I do that? On the talk page? I am an expert on Shenandoah and have lots of useful information that would make the page more interesting and informative. Thank you for your advice.
