Are you Mr. Sawhney? If not, you cannot use his name as your username. This account must also be used exclusively by a single individual; others at your organization will need their own accounts(though they should not create them until this block is removed to avoid WP:SOCK). You seem to misunderstand what is meant by "paid editing". It's not about you seeking payment, it's about any paid relationship with the subject of your edits. If you are employed by Mr. Sawhney or his company, that is considered paid editing. It's doubtful that you will be unblocked to edit about Mr. Sawhney, so we will need to know what topics you will edit about instead. Once you have a good edit history demonstrating your understanding of relevant guidelines, you may later be permitted to edit about him, but not now. 331dot (talk) 10:07, 26 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
