Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Baga Khan, by Tomj (talk · contribs), another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Baga Khan is very short providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles.
To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Baga Khan, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. --Android Mouse Bot 2 15:36, 2 August 2007 (UTC)
Apa Khan
[edit]A {{prod}} template has been added to the article Apa Khan, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice explains why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may contest the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. If you endorse deletion of the article, and you are the only person who has made substantial edits to the page, please tag it with {{db-author}}. Jeepday (talk) 15:59, 12 August 2007 (UTC)

Shetu Khan
[edit]I see you have a history of working on the article Shetu Khan. I am looking at it from the project Wikipedia:Unreferenced articles where it is one of the longest {{unreferenced}} tagged articles that does not meet at least the barest minimum of verifiability. It has been tagged and completely without references since June 2006. It would be extremely helpful if you had some references you could add to the article to help support its verifiability and notability. Thanks for any help you can give. WikiProject Novels is currently holding a roll call, which we hope to have annually. Your username is listed on the members list, but we are unsure as to which editors are still active within the project. If you still consider yourself an active WP:Novels editor, please add your name back to the Active Members list. Also feel free to join any of our task forces and take a look at the project's Job Centre to get involved!

[edit]gallery widths
[edit]Hi. I did a site search for perrow="6" and found your user page. Can I just alert you to the fact that a value of 6 will extend a gallery beyond the width of a standard 1024x768 monitor? For the user to see the image, the page will need to be scrolled sideways. I think users will find this annoying. A value of '5' will give a wider gallery with standard image sizes, without causing this problem. Thanks. -- EdJogg (talk) 09:17, 2 July 2009 (UTC)
please stop removing the captials list
[edit]However, I'm afraid that is a badly written list that doesn't do justice to any article (with on and off elaboration and an extremely uneven overall look). It is the format I'm objecting to. With signs and abbrev such as these:
- PreDynastic
- Fan (Shang I)
- Bo (Shang III)
- Shen (Shang III)
along with grammatically incorrect listings, randomly placed explanations and capitalized titles and letters, the list simply won't do with such appearance. There is a difference between a list and a few bulletin points with a few sentences. Try to incoporate these information into a paragraph to make the article look more encyclopedic. Thanks.--Balthazarduju (talk) 07:48, 10 July 2009 (UTC)
Please stop vandalizing my articles
[edit]Don't make random accusations. Many of these articles on the Suzhou gardens were a huge "mess"; titles and headings but with no content, bad grammers, and random spaces. The WHS template is also simply too big for some of these articles, as it takes up a considerable space. It is better to place the template in the main Suzhou article, so readers know the name of this site, and then can explore these garden articles themselves.--Balthazarduju (talk) 10:01, 11 July 2009 (UTC)
- You seriously need to be working on a sandbox before editing these articles, because many of these articles appears incomplete and horribly written. For example, why are you adding empty headings (Further reading, External links) with no content to an article, as in [1]? These are the true marks of vandalism.--Balthazarduju (talk) 10:27, 11 July 2009 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of File:Master garden music room.jpg
[edit]A tag has been placed on File:Master garden music room.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image is an unused redundant copy (all pixels the same or scaled down) of an image in the same file format, which is on Wikipedia (not on Commons), and all inward links have been updated.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. --Rrburke(talk) 18:25, 6 October 2009 (UTC)

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a search with the contents of Great Wave Pavilion, and it appears to be very similar to another Wikipedia page: Blue Wave Pavilion. It is possible that you have accidentally duplicated contents, or made an error while creating the page— you might want to look at the pages and see if that is the case. If you are intentionally trying to rename an article, please see Help:Moving a page for instructions on how to do this without copying and pasting. If you are trying to move or copy content from one article to a different one, please see Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia and be sure you have acknowledged the duplication of material in an edit summary to preserve attribution history.
This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. CorenSearchBot (talk) 04:13, 6 January 2010 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of Mansion of the Guo Family
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Mansion of the Guo Family, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. aηsuмaη ༽Ϟ 10:36, 17 October 2011 (UTC)

AutoCad 360 Dashboardp
[edit]I note that you have some interest in architecture and may be familiar with AutoCad. Autocad 360 dashboard can be used collaboratively by email invitation. It appear you used Autocad to make a 3D diagram of some Mesopotamian units.
You apparently are also interested in ancient measures. In the Wikipedia article [Periplus of the Erythrian Sea] on the front page there is a map which some of the users would like to correct.
Fordham provides a searchable translation Periplus of the Erythrian Sea which gives the location of places by degrees and the distance between places in either stadia or Days Sail.
The most common Greek stadion and Roman stadium are 185 m. 800 stadia are 100 miles. The days sail is 1 degree, 75 Roman miles or 111 km. Sailing directions are often given as 2 or 3 days sail, ~140 - 210 miles although subdivisions such as a reach and a rest are used, the reach being 35 miles.
Perhaps you would like to participate in editing this map and some others from antiquity using the ancient measures and seeing how accurately they match say Google maps using the Google maps tool. 142.0.102.234 (talk) 00:35, 30 May 2014 (UTC)

The article Chinese chestnut (disambiguation) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
This disambiguation page contains the primary topic and one other topic for the ambiguous title and no other topics can be found within a reasonable time.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
This bot DID NOT nominate any of your contributions for deletion; please refer to the history of each individual page for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 10:01, 24 November 2023 (UTC)
