Hello Jimfbleak! Hello Wiki-Admins! I won’t use the account for advertising or promotion contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia. I have chosen this username only for this article (GDA-ORGAcheck). Background: * The blocked article is the English translation of https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/GDA-ORGAcheck. I'm the leader of a joint working program of the German Federal Government, the labor protection authorities and the accident insurance institutions. The GDA-ORGAcheck is one of the tools, which is provided for the enterprises for self-application. It is not in connection with commercial interests etc. * But there are a lot of requests from English-speaking countries. Therefore, we have translated some information, like the German Wikipedia article. * Because of the above-mentioned reasons, I chose the user name “GDA ORGA” also for this article in english Wikipedia. If this is the main problem, I can change the user name and/or the E-Mail-Adress (e.g. gda-orga@stmas.bayern.de). * As the leader of the working programm I own all copyrights related to the GDA-ORGAcheck. In concerning with Your license policy, I agree with the double licensing under the GNU Free Documentation License (GNU FDL), and under the "Creative Commons - Attribution-share Alike 3.0 Unported" (CC-bY-SA-3.0). Whatever the procedure is on the German language Wikipedia, here account names are not for one article only but for all your edits. We do not allow usernames that appear to represent organisations. We also do not allow wording that is considered promotional, and what I've looked at of yours looked to be promotional. Promotion isn't confined to businesses. Churches, charities and governments can promote themselves of their services as much as companies like Apple do. But not here. Peridon (talk) 09:50, 10 June 2016 (UTC)
