Speedy deletion nomination of Video tutorials

A tag has been placed on Video tutorials, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. I am sure you created the article Video tutorials in good faith, with the intention of informing users of the resources you linked to. However, you have, unfortunately, misunderstood the nature of Wikipedia. Wikipedia is an encyclopaedia, not a directory, and links which exist purely for the purpose of calling readers' attention to web sites are contrary to our guidelines on external links. A page which exists more or less purely for the purpose of providing such links is regarded as existing for promotion of the services of those web sites, which is contrary to Wikipedia policy. I see that in the article's talk page you have emphasised that the resources are provided "FOR FREE", so perhaps you have made the surprisingly common mistake of assuming that Wikipedia's policy against promotion applies only to commercial promotion for profit-making purposes. However, the policy is that any sort of promotion of anything is unacceptable, whether for money or not. If you are interested in making more contributions to Wikipedia then my advice is to start by making small changes to existing articles, rather than writing new articles. That way, you can gradually learn about how Wikipedia works, and what is acceptable and what isn't. Any mistakes you make will be small ones, so you won't lose large amounts of work, and after a while you will know enough about how Wikipedia operates to be able to write new articles without fear taht they will be speedily deleted. Add the text {{unblock-spamun|Your proposed new username|Your reason here}} on your user talk page.
Replace the text "Your proposed new username" with a new username you are willing to use. See Special:Listusers to search for available usernames. Your new username will need to meet our username policy.
Replace the text "Your reason here" with your reason to be unblocked. In this reason, you must:

Convince us that you understand the reason for your block and that you will not repeat the edits for which you were blocked.
Describe in general terms the contributions that you intend to make if you are unblocked.
