You cannot use an organisation's name as your username, that is what you are blocked for, your username is used by an organisation, further you have just stated that you have two accounts this may come under WP:SOCK which is another violation of policy. There have been two problems with this account: the account has been used for advertising or promotion, which is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia, and your username indicates that the account represents a business or other organisation or group or a web site, which is also against policy, as an account must be for just one person. Because of those problems, the account has been blocked indefinitely from editing.

It is evident from your edits with your other account that you have no purpose here except to advertise your organisation. We do not allow that, and I have consequently increased the block on your account to prevent the creation of new accounts from your location. You may not edit Wikipedia, under any user account, while this block stands. You will not be unblocked until:

you propose a new username that meets the username policy
you confirm that this account is used by one individual only
you agree to avoid creating or directly editing articles related to your organisation (requested edits will still be permitted)
you agree to abide by the Wikimedia Foundation's Terms of Use and disclose your paid relationship in accordance with the paid contributor policy
you indicate what areas of Wikipedia you intend to edit in the future

Its about other Colleges have created the pages on Wikipedia like https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amritsar_College_of_Engineering_and_Technology. So if this can be created, why not IKGPTU Amritsar Campus with same type of content but different and copyrighted. Is it a paid one. We are not talking about promotion but atleast Users should be aware of the Govt. Engineering College in Amritsar District. Please suggest and unblock my account. I have read the policy.
