Request reason:

new name change, was ignorant of the rules about names as i used another site profile as a proxy.

Decline reason:

This requests only addresses the username part of the problem. The new proposed username is OK. What is not OK, and has not been addressed, was the usage of Wikipedia for publicity or promotion. That is not allowed, although submitting a contribution via WP:AFC as you did was acceptable (it's the only venue for editors with a conflict of interest). Hello, Jujumarketplace. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "sandbox".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.
