Article Review by Emma Brown

[edit]

Hello! You have chosen an article that is certainly in need of ameliorating! I am concerned about the project being too ambitious. Will you really have time to do a thorough job in each of the categories you propose (and by the way, what might those categories be specifically?)? If so, great! If not, might I suggest only adding a few basic components (eg, prevalance, basic description of nature of this mental disorder) to start rather than an entire summary of the disease (which would necessarily include a historical paragraph, a paragraph detailing each treatment, potential root or cause of illness, in addition to the basic components). Furthermore, I notice that you have excluded the DSM-5, why? You may want to borrow it when writing on the symptoms required for diagnosis. You seem to be on the right track, however, to favour quality over volume, maybe consider writing a brief summary rather than an entire description of Shared delusional disorder. Best of luck!!
