That username would be fine. However, you were also blocked for editing promotionally so, we must know per our conflict of interest policy (short version) what your connection is to Puber Alo. And what else might you want to edit about if you can't edit about Puber Alo (whom I'm not sure are notable enough for an article at the moment)? Hello. Please be aware that an organization is not entitled to have a Wikipedia article just because it exists, or that the people involved with it believe it to be noteworthy. All topics must meet Wikipedia's definition of a notable topic to merit inclusion; in the case of an organization, these are defined at the notability criteria for organizations. This requires that the organization has already received significant coverage from multiple reliable and independent sources.
