i was trying to create a business page about my company, i don't know how the page should be created and i didn't thought it will be published soon before editing it and adding URL and describing the services

I'm sorry that you read what seems to be inaccurate advice, but Wikipedia has no control over what PR firms say. Wikipedia is not a business directory or social media.
