I have a question: by "No longer direct affiliation with the name of the company" do you mean that the new username would not show an affiliation or that you are no longer affiliated with the Prague Shakespeare Company? (I get the impression that it's the latter, as your name is the same as the person who founded this company.) Also, if you are unblocked, what do you plan on doing edit-wise? Will you make any edits on topics where you have a conflict of interest? (IE, if you're a freelance writer wanting to write about companies/people/etc that have hired you to write an article.) If so, you will still need to divulge this on your userpage and read over the conflict of interest guidelines. You can still edit, you just need to be transparent about everything. Finally, would you be interested in going through either WP:TRAINING or WP:ADVENTURE?
