Please bear these points in mind while editing Wikipedia

The Wikipedia tutorial is a good place to start learning about Wikipedia. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and discussion pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~ (the software will replace them with your signature and the date). [edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed that the username you have chosen, "QHPSCI", seems to imply that you are editing on behalf of something other than yourself. Please note that you may not edit on behalf of a company, group, institution, product, or website, and Wikipedia does not allow usernames that are promotional or have the appearance of shared use. If you are willing to use a personal account, please take a moment to create a new account or request a username change that represents only yourself as an individual. You should also read our conflict of interest guideline and remember that promotional editing is not acceptable regardless of the username you choose. If you believe that your username does not violate our policy, please leave a note here explaining why. Thank you. hmssolent\Let's convene My patrols 05:24, 20 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks hmssolent, I checked out the links and I can't see where my contribution would breach any Wikipedia policies. I have provided links which would allow anyone to validate the information I have provided and the contribution is completely my capturing of the facts made public by the Commission. I can assure you my post is not promotional or commercial in nature. My choice of username was not intended to imply that I was editing on behalf of "a company, group, institution, product, or website". I simply have access to verifiable information through my professional associations which I thought would be worth sharing. My aim was to be as factual as possible and not stray into offering personal opinion. This is my first post and I would be happy to update it in the future. Regards Qhpsci

Welcome to Wikipedia. Because we have a policy against usernames that give the impression that the account represents a group, organization or website, I have blocked this account; please take a moment to create a new account with a username that represents only yourself as an individual and which complies with our username policy.  You should also read our conflict of interest guideline and be aware that promotional editing is not acceptable regardless of the username you choose.

If your username does not represent a group, organization or website, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} below this notice.

You may simply create a new account, but you may prefer instead to change your username to one that complies with our username policy, so that your past contributions are associated with your new username. If you prefer to change your username rather than create a new account, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{unblock-un|new username|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} below this notice. Thank you.
