Hi Bbb23,

This is my first time editing Wikipedia.

While there are many guideline and reasons Wikipedia editors have rights to indefinately block a username, the reasons from your message is unreasonable and INSULTING to people in our culture.

My submitted writing was about the history of a restaurant founded in 1963. (1) There are only 3 sentences and no information suggested the restaurant is good or bad. The writing was pure history, as I categorized it, no advertising or promotion. (2) it is understandble if qingheyuan can't write anything about the 1632 restaurant going forward, that's ok. But you put an indefinately block this username is unreasonable. Yuan is a family name and qinghe is a beautiful first name in our culture, thus qingheyuan is a legit name and you shall not indefiantely block the username itself.
