I noticed that one of the first articles you edited was Riba-roja d'Ebre, which appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about that topic in a neutral and objective way, because you are, work for, or represent, the subject of that article. There have been two problems with this account: the account has been used for advertising or promotion, which is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia, and your username indicates that the account represents a business or other organisation or group or a web site, which is also against policy, as an account must be for just one person. Hi Ok, I am not sure How I convince you :-) I understand that updating a wikipedia page for a place I live is not acceptable and that the information can not be verified. I had only wanted to supply information about the village and it was for no personal gain. Since old content has been deleted from the page (not just what I had added) it is really not very informative and I wanted to add to it with up to date information about the village. I will reframe from adding facts about art or culture and simply add content about geography and nature. Let me explain: You told me “I am a volunteer who helps promote the village of Riba-roja d'Ebre”, after which I pointed you to our policy concerning conflicts of interest and promotional material. You then went on to restore unsourced and promotional material, despite my objections. Your failure to understand how and why this conflicts with the main aims of the encyclopedia, leaves the moderator with no choice but to deny your unblock request. Hi Yes I now understand why, when I said promote I mean share information but understand that to update the page with information can be seen as promoting the village. I guess as someone who lives near the area it would be good to put more information and facts about the village, churches and historical findings. Please can you tell me how I can delete my account?
