(nods) Torchic was even worse, I had two FACs and two sets of completely different problems. Would you like a hand on anything? ^_^ (guess who's going to be away for a week?) HighwayRainbow Sneakers18:41, 11 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
The middle section seems very bolded.. kinda giving me a headache actually. Why does television have to be so annoying at times, it's like nails on a chalkboard. On another subject, what is the sudden buzz with Shiny Pokémon? ; ) HighwayRainbow Sneakers18:48, 11 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I zapped a stupid shiny Pelipper. Stupid no GBA backlight. I don't see the benefit of a Shiny Torchic picture, but anyway. ;) That's life isn't it, they never give you what you need when you need it. HighwayRainbow Sneakers18:55, 11 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for catching that, Smurray. I got a bit absent-minded while trying to work on the backlog in CAT:CSD, but don't worry, you won't see me doing something like that again. ;) More thanks, Sango12320:20, 11 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Dear Smurrayinchester, thanks so much for your support during my recent successful request for adminship. I really appreciate it. As an aside, it was good of you to help sort through the Minun and socks situation. Take care -- Samirधर्म08:33, 15 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I have just seen your map Rugby world cup countries best results and hosts.png and noticed that there were a couple of things wrong with it. I have created a new version and would like your permission to upload it. Drop me a note if you want more info. The changes I've made are:
1. Countries without a win at the pool stage now coloured black;
2. Italy added and coloured red;
3. Host nations have larger magenta dots;
4. British Isles inset added (double scale) and host dot moved from Ireland to Wales;
5. Recoloured index and countries to make semifinalists easier to differentiate;
6. Placed boxes around Tonga, Samoa and Fiji to make them stand out easier against ocean.
Hello again, Smurray,
I've uploaded a revised version as Rugby world cup countries best results and hosts rev1.png for two reasons:
1. You may like to try before you buy;
2. My wikiMedia account is too new to directly replace the image. I could wait four days, but I thought we should strike while the iron is hot. Would you like to move the image yourself?
Without gradients, really -- company logos are usually vector-based and typically only use a couple colors because it makes them easier to reproduce well (not an issue onscreen, obviously, but good for other media). Tlogmer(talk/contributions)07:53, 19 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Hello friend. I wish you a very happy birthday. Yesterday, I could not come to wish you as I was getting late.
BTW, I learnt of the same from Wikipedia:Esperanza. All the best for the coming year! --Bhadani12:12, 19 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Hello Smurrayinchester. I noticed recently on Esperanza's Trading Spaces program that you were listed as a member renovating another's userpage. I am here to tell you that the Trading Spaces program has left Esperanza and has merged into WikiProject User Page Help. WikiProject User Page Help is a new WikiProject designed to help Wikipedians with the technical side of Wikipedia, HTML codes, markups, etc. It has been discussed and the Trading Spaces program has been merged into the our new WikiProject. I have also come to invite you to our new project. If you would like to become a member, feel free to add your name to the list of participants. Whether you join or not, you're still free to join the Trading Spaces program. Cheers! — The Kingof Kings22:17, 20 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Please include your observations on the talk page as I have requested comment to create concensus on this issue. I am interested in why you beleive Sarah Jane Smith is not a Tenth Doctor companion.71.254.4.20807:00, 21 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
As you may have gathered, discussions have been raging for about a week on the Esperanza talk page as to the future direction of Esperanza. Some of these are still ongoing and warrant more input (such as the idea to scrap the members list altogether). However, some decisions have been made and the charter has hence been amended. See what happened. Basically, the whole leadership has had a reshuffle, so please review the new, improved charter.
As a result, we are electing 4 people this month. They will replace JoanneB and Pschemp and form a new tranche A, serving until December. Elections will begin on 2006-07-02 and last until 2006-07-09. If you wish to run for a Council position, add your name to the list before 2006-07-02. For more details, see Wikipedia:Esperanza/June 2006 elections.
Thanks a lot! I’m chuffed! Can ask you to place it on my main user page in the contributions and accolades section; that way it will be an authentic placement (rather than having me move it). Once again thanks a lot! (and thanks for your help too!) Miller16:40, 26 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
