Welcome to Wikipedia. Because we have a policy against usernames that give the impression that the account represents a group, organization or website, I have blocked this account; please take a moment to create a new account with a username that represents only yourself as an individual and which complies with our username policy.  You should also read our conflict of interest guideline and be aware that promotional editing is not acceptable regardless of the username you choose.

If your username doesn't represent a group, organization or website, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} below this notice. If you prefer to be unblocked for the purpose of changing your username to a username which complies with our username policy, so that your contributions with this username are recorded as contributions of your new username and rather than creating a new account, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{unblock-un|new username|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} below this notice instead. Thank you.

This user's request to be unblocked to request a change in username has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. With no response to the questions below, it is unclear whether you have a plan for refraining from writing about your own organization with your new account. It would be sad to have to re-block you immediately with the new account, so I'm declining this request for now. If you check back here and decide that you do want to join Wikipedia as an independent volunteer, writing, not about your own organization, but about subjects in which you have no conflict of interest, just because you want to help make the encyclopedia better, we'd love to have your help, and you should feel free to make a second unblock request which makes that more clear. As you say, there is at present no article here about the Teachers' Recruitment Board. We have not deleted your post because you have a little more freedom on talk pages than you do in the main body of the encyclopedia. Before you attempt to create an encyclopedia article about this or any other topic, could i ask you to read the links contained in the welcome message which I have posted immediately under this question? Here are a few key questions:

You are currently blocked because your username appears directly related to a company, group or product that you have been promoting, contrary to the username policy. Changing the username will not allow you to violate the 3 important principles above. Max Semenik (talk) 19:47, 30 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
