[edit]
Your account has been blocked indefinitely from editing because of the following problems: the account has been used for advertising or promotion, which is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia, and your username indicates that the account represents a business, organisation, group, or web site, which is against the username policy.

You may request a change of name and unblock if you intend to make useful contributions other than promoting your business or organization. To do this, first search Special:CentralAuth for available usernames that comply with the username policy. Once you have found an acceptable username, post the text {{unblock-spamun|Your proposed new username|Your reason here}} at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your proposed new username" with your new username and replace the text "Your reason here" with your reasons to be unblocked. In your reasons, you must:

  • Disclose any compensation you may receive for your contributions in accordance with the Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure requirement.
  • Convince us that you understand the reason for your block and that you will not repeat the kind of edits for which you were blocked.
  • Describe in general terms the contributions that you intend to make if you are unblocked.
Appeals: If, after reviewing the guide to appealing blocks, you believe this block was made in error, you may appeal it by adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here}} at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your reason here" with the reasons you believe the block was an error, and publish the page. Longhair\talk 01:01, 27 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Your name request below indicates that you do work for the business, but have failed to comply with the paid editing rules, in the past you falsely stated to be the copyright holder of the logo. Nosebagbear (talk) 01:20, 27 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Your choice of username appears acceptable, but you still need to:

To the next reviewing admin, please consider reverting talk page access. This is as impressive a display of WP:IDHT or WP:CIR as I have ever seen here. --Yamla (talk) 18:44, 27 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I'm usually way more reticent than most of the "review gang" for denying TPA in non-brightline instances, but I have to agree with Yamla here. To the account, I'll also note for any future unblock request you can now add "explaining who this "we" is", given that role accounts are specifically prohibited, with a strict "one account, one person" rule. Nosebagbear (talk) 19:41, 27 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • When I say "We" I mean TLS Talent Agency the name of the company, I am Cicero Leak the Co-Founder and CEO of the company that are making the edits and only has access to the log in credentials to make the edits, Im not trying to be difficult I just want have the page unblocked and make the necessary edits in the future — Preceding unsigned comment added by Tlsagency (talkcontribs)
You don't need to make a new unblock request for follow-up comments. And your most recent comment is a principal example of why we're saying you're "not getting it". You say you're the CEO, yet you say "we have and will never receive any compensation for our contributions". WP:PAID states that if you're paid by the company you fall under paid, so when you say things like that, it means you're either lying to us, or are refusing to read the relevant policy despite saying we understand the reason for the block, we will fully understand the policies. Which is it? Paid editors are also not permitted to directly edit articles within their remit, even if they believe it's "accurate information". Finally, you still don't seem to get that usernames of the names of organisations are not allowed. So many issues like this just in the unblock request process makes reviewers reticent to think that your compliance would be excellent were you allowed to edit again. Nosebagbear (talk) 20:14, 27 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

We've had the same user name since the page was created and only now it is an issue. I feel that these comments are a form of bullying and not trying to work with me to resolve the issue. All I want to do is continue to make the same edits that have been made over the years the page has been active and have never been blocked before previously. Nothing has changed. I have not received any contributions to make edits, I just want all information on the page to be updated and accurate. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Tlsagency (talkcontribs) 20:28, 27 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I don't know what the rules were back in 2011, but certainly all these rules existed in 2018 (so that alone is multiple things that have changed). That no-one spotted you editing on an article with almost no-one watching it does not mean that mean there wasn't an issue then, just that no-one reviewed your edits/username. Your edits, compared to most undisclosed paid editors, are indeed not especially problematic. Had you read the original block notice, read the prominently linked guide to appealing blocks and made a suitable appeal, I actually would have been inclined to accept it. But your appeals have just indicated not merely a lack of awareness of our rules (not unusual for infrequent editors) but an unwillingness to read the critical ones when highlighted to you, whilst claiming that you'd follow them going forwards. If you believe that is bullying rather than a reasonable grounds to be concerned on our side, then I'm afraid I can't help you. Nosebagbear (talk) 20:51, 27 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

At the end of the day Im not a paid editor, Im just the owner of this business trying to make edits when needed. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Tlsagency (talkcontribs) 00:25, 28 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, you should read the guide to appealing blocks, then contact administrators by submitting a request to the Unblock Ticket Request System.
Please note that there could be appeals to the unblock ticket request system that have been declined leading to the post of this notice.
