Here are a few key questions:

Do you understand that Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, and not a business directory?
Do you understand conflict of interest?
Do you understand that to be considered for an encyclopedia article, the subject must be notable?

Good morning Admin # Diannaa, what USER NAME can you suggest then I should go by under this page ??? -So regarding to the few key concern questions here my response:

I was were here to ask Wikipedia assistance to write a biography,so that's why I opened an account...

Am not being paid, but merely to share some new topics

Yes I had permission its notable sources are original and that's why I submitted a request to the appropriate Wikipedia editors.

You can choose whatever user name you like, as long as it is not already taken. I suggest not using the Hebrew alphabet, as it's awkward to impossible for most of us to reproduce, which will make communicating with you difficult.

I am still not sure you understand that even if you are unblocked, there's limitations on what you can do here. So I have a couple more questions:

You are obviously affiliated with the group "We Care for Humanity", and will not be able to edit on that topic, as you have a conflict of interest. Are you okay with that?
Have you read our notability guidelines for people? Wikipedia:Notability (people)
